Is a dollar a dollar?
Larry Becraft did an excellent job of crafting the cert petition demanding that Scotus settle the questions of whether a gold dollar equals a paper dollar in value, and whether the treasurer can deny Equal Exchange of specie coin and paper currency of identical face value.
This pleading educates the patriot community with the precise law and philosophic issues, and it shows clearly how the effective branch flouts the constitution and the law by corrupting the value of currency.
